Our story starts with Kayla Descoteaux, a young baker with a real passion for doing things the right way. That’s why you won’t find preservatives here, just thoughtfully made breads and pastries that reflect her creativity and care. Kayla especially loves working with sourdough, not only for its deep, tangy flavour but for what it offers beyond taste—natural fermentation can make it easier to digest, help your body absorb nutrients better, and even lead to a gentler impact on blood sugar. For her, it’s about making food that feels comforting, nourishing, and a little bit special every time.
